The goal of Efektif Gayrimenkul Geliştirme ve Yatırım A.Ş. is to become a “Real Estate Investment Trust” investing in real estates and real estate projects with high potential of return, to obtain rental income from the real estates included in its portfolio and through rental and capital gains to reach high real estate revenues.
Our aim is to build and realize housing projects as well as tourism projects, shopping malls, storage areas, technological buildings and special warehouses and to grow in a healthy way by paying attention to prioritize high-quality, high impact and effective projects instead of growing through scores of ordinary projects.
