Having completed and delivered the first (consisting of 3 blocks, 62 apartments) and second (consisting of 4 blocks, 92 apartments) stages of the “Blox Haliç” housing project, which were developed with a picturesque architectural design in İstanbul Kağıthane, Efektif Gayrimenkul also completed the Blox Haliç III housing project (consisting of 1 block, 70 apartments), which is the third stage in the same region, and is up for sale.
Efeska İnşaat ve Taahhüt Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., which was founded in 2009 for the restoration of historical structures and other construction works, executed many important projects such as the project of the restoration and reinforcement of the SALT Art Gallery located on İstiklal Street and the turnkey reconstruction project of the service and residential buildings of the Ulan Bator Embassy of the Republic of Turkey. The company was merged with Efektif Gayrimenkul ve Yatırım in 2017.
As a result of a strategic decision, Efektif Gayrimenkul Geliştirme ve Yatırım was merged into one of our long-established companies, Efesan Demir, in 2020.
